Returns + Refunds

All sales are final unless wrong product was received.
MARCEL EVERETTE does not issue refunds but grants exchanges dependent on existing stock.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees in the event of confirmed exchange.
